The Whole Path in Every Step
The Energy of Change opens a symbolic journey through four portals. Its images and language invite you into a dialogue with the unconscious. Through psychological reflection and movement, you can explore how these questions appear in your own life.

I recommend exploring Greek mythology as a way to deepen your dialogue with the unconscious. These stories give symbolic form to recurring human situations: desire, conflict, separation, courage and transformation. Through their archetypal patterns, you can recognise something of your own experience and begin to explore how you want to participate in it.
Four portals describe the movement of change. Five sessions help you explore your own patterns, resources and direction within it.

The Founder
Psychoanalyst · Psychosomatics specialist · Founder of Psychology of Movement
I began exploring the unconscious at seventeen, through self-inquiry, Greek mythology and the archetypal patterns that appear across human stories. I was drawn to a question that still guides my work: why do we keep making certain choices, even when we consciously want something different? In Psychology of Movement, the gods are a symbolic language for these inner forces: the drives, fears and capacities that can pull a person in different directions.
That inquiry led me to study applied psychoanalysis at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis and psychosomatics at the PSY 2.0 School of Psychosomatic Healing. Alongside my studies, I worked in political and election campaigns and later closed ultra-luxury deals at a leading real estate company. Across these settings, I saw how unspoken motivations influence trust, conflict, negotiation and decisions with real consequences.
I went on to complete an MBA in Business Psychology and Coaching, developing the business model for Psychology of Movement as my final project. I also wrote a novel shaped by the four portals of change I have moved through more than once myself. Fiction allowed me to give those inner processes a story and a felt experience; Psychology of Movement brings them into a personal, practical path.
The unconscious does not only speak. It moves.
